This is a very good observation and will need to be addressed in the future if humanity wants to self-correct and move in a better direction as a species. But I would frame the state of adults in today's world a little bit differently: "This current system produces overspecialized, unbalanced individuals who never developed properly and who are deficient in many critical aspects, physical, mental, and even spiritual, of existence as human beings."
